I'm a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutritional Advisor for Weight Management and Athletic Performance, Certified Menopause Specialist and Chair Based Exercise Instructor. I specialise in helping women build strong, healthy bodies, and positive relationships with exercise and nutrition at each stage of their lives.
